These things belong to bulky refuse:

Any kind of bulky household refuse that - owing to its size - does not fit into the residual refuse bin or can be removed as reusable material like e.g. mattresses, upholstered furniture, rugs, cupboards, shelves etc.

These things do not belong to bulky refuse:

parts of rebuilding or demolition works
small things packed into cardborad boxes
household appliances operated by an electric motor
motorcar components, old tyres
metal objects
lamps
carpets
sun blinds, fences, railings
oil stoves, oil radiators, lawn movers
agricultural waste
commercial waste
dangerous waste, chemicals
etc.
