The yellow bag

Within the Lahn-Dill-Kreis, light packagings made of plastics, metal und compound materials are being collected via the yellow bag. Collection is being realized in a 4-week-rhythm. For collection times, please refer to the waste calendar .

The yellow bags (2 rolls à 15 bags) are being distributed once a year by the company hired by the Dual System Germany (DSD) to the households within the Lahn-Dill-Kreis. Moreover, yellow bags are made available by the municipal administrations (Bürgerbüros der Kommunen).

In order to avoid bottlenecks regarding the supply of yellow bags, the Refuse Industry of Lahn-Dill ask to use the yellow bags exclusively for the disposal of light packagings.
